Directions

Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e. shoulder, inner arm, back or hip, for around 8 hours.
Avoid using any lotion, or cream, in the same area of patch application.
It may help to vary patch placement positions.
Patches are not waterproof.
Numerous patches can be worn at one time, but please check the resulting total dose of Vitamin A and D is not excessive.
