Directions
Apply one patch daily to a clean, dry area of skin with little or no hair, such as the shoulder, back, or hip, for up to 8 hours. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area. It may help to vary patch placement positions. Adult supervision is recommended. Patches are not waterproof. Multiple patches can be worn at one time, but please check the resulting total dose of Vitamin A and D is not excessive.
